You should release the source. It's just a launcher for other programs so there's no worry about stuff getting out. And this has more potential for being just a launcher.

I have it already. However I downloaded the model viewer seperate and it works fine so the error is with the launcher somehow. This is just an fyi if I figure it out I will let you know.

Might be different versions of the model viewer from the one you have and the one in the launcher.

Just an observation, but, since you're the only one having the problem, I'm guessing that it's something about your setup, because no one else has this problem, even on XP. BTW I'm running XP Pro w/ SP2, so it may just be that you need SP2 if you don't have it.

Also, I'm not going to up the source, but if there's someone else here on MMOwned that wants to trade sources with me for another program that's been released here I'd (probably) be glad to do so. I'd only have to say that neither of us would be allowed to release each other's apps.
