EDIT: I think I'll just remove it. Can't DBC Editor convert dbc & csv?

Like I said earlier it's not supposed to open the program, it only loads the folder because its a drag and drop tool, you drop dbc and csv files onto the exe file in the folder.

Yep, but it's not to big of a deal. Just letting you know there's a bug. You shouldn't be hard coding in directory paths though, use a variable for where ever it's being launched from.

Only issue i've found is loading up noggit through it if you have vista, even if you have set the correct settings for it

Ok, thanks, +rep. Anyways, the source files got corrupt somehow and I'm rebuilding 1.2 from scratch. Expect to see 1.3 as soon as I get 1.2 rebuilt. Also, I am going to release a 1.3 'slim', which would have no picture and just be big enough to show the menus.
