Hmm...

I just tried to change the Taurenbear model ino another one.
I succsesfully created the MPQ file.And i could load WoW without any errors.
But the new mpq file doesnt work.
My DruidBear ist still the old model

Patch-deDE-2.MPQ doesn't exist any longer, use Patch-deDE.MPQ instead ( replace deDE with your client, enGB or enUS )

Okay,

DBC Editor totally sucks.
Everstime i want to save a new creaturedisplayinfo it says: "Could not safe,because this files is in use by another program."

But _NO_ other program is useing the file!!!

Are you really sure? Use procexp to search for open file-handles. (ctrl-f in a open window, type in the name, the result should appear then.)
