when i bring up mywarcraft studios and open Common.MPQ no folders come up on the left. and there is no Model.MPQ in my data folder so i dont know what to do. can someone help

Alright there is no Model.mpq, it's now common.mpq

Btw, the racial features are f!@#ed up!

I'm stuck, when I go to File->Open MPQ Archive and I navigate to my World of Warcraft\Data folder, I can't find the model.MPQ file, can you help me?

hmm i dont have a Model.MPQ or textures.MPQ in my data floder. i have a common.MPQ , expansion.MPQ and Patch.MPQ any help here would me great. cuz i realy want a Taruan male to look like a Gnome male. if you have the answer please send it to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]

Been following the guide excellently so far. I knew that the Model and Texture MPQ's were now in common so i dont need to complain about that.
The guide is mroe or less flawless - except the problem which i now face:
At point 20) It asks you to rightclick on the blank box and select "Import Folder"... Version 10 of MyWarcraftStudio doesnt seem to have that feature. The only other way i can see me doing this is if i import each and every one of the files at once, and im not doing that, it would take wayyyy to long.

Anyone got a quick solution?

but has anyone figured out how to find and replace(mostly find) specific hair and facial features.

Okay..I've followed all of the directions and did everything correctly....But for some reason when I load my character...I get a WowError.....Anyone else get this problem?

If anyone knows what the problem could be...Please help....Much appreciated....

EDIT:Woot!....I did this model change so many times trying to fiqure out what I did wrong....And now I finally fiqured it out....There was nothing I did wrong....The guide was great....It was the Model Change program that I was using.....At the time I was using the newest version of ModelChange program....But when I d/l an older version of ModelChange program it worked.....

Go to Pack>Edit MPQ Archive
Select the .mpq you made earlier (mine was patch-3.mpq)
Open the trees up until you see the buffer file (the random texture .blp)
Right click it and hit "Import Folder".

P.S: Texture.mpq & model.mpq have been merged into common.mpq as of 2.0.
SO USE COMMON.MPQ.
