need some help. i downloaded the Map Editor and changed it to .exe but when i did that, i clicked on it, and a black box came up but nothing else happened. could i get some help?

I cant download the 3ds to M2 converter, just brings me to a weird page, downloading 3d max but im not registered, can you please add a good new link to that program
