Im not sure what part you are talking about, but if its for noggit, for edited maps, it puts the World folder in you \World of Warcraft\ folder.

It causes a corruption of common.mpq, in other words crashes, and you have to reinstall. Unless you can edit the signature file, which involves cracking the md5 hash, in other words, no it wont work. Just wait for the next fix.

all i want to do for now is place some buildings in say hyjal etc. I have a custom spawned hyjal .
