very nice guide!

But one question, is it possible to chance the sound from a mace to a swords sound?
I successfully changed my Storm Herald into Ashkandi but it sounds like a mace.

any ideas

Lovely guide! I have successfully changed the crossbow of relentless strikes to Thori'dal for a hunter friend of mine, but it seems to be carried in the wrong hand. Is there a part of the item code I can find in the hex editor that says this item will be carried in the right or left hand?

Crossbows > Bows don't tend to ever work out.
I would awnser your question but to be honest i'm not sure.. Hopefully someone with a bit more hex editing expierence than me will awnser for you.. :-)

ok so, i just got off my level 27 rogue wanting to put glaives and such on him... now the problem is, i can't find any of his gear, it has all my MAINS gear, brutal gladiator's gear and such... but i cant find things such as red defias mask.. only my priests things and other characters i have

I changed my Bloodrazor and Sword of Omen to the Warglaive of azzinoth hex numbers but it seems that both swords were changed to Main hands, the offhand looks flipped around. Is there a way i can fix that/

erm iam stuck at begining where he says to look for a couple of 000 in the code and after those 000 the code for the item should be.. try Brutal Gladiator's Right Ripper, there is no 000 anywhere :S
