is there a way to downgrade from wow 2.0 to 1.12? I seem to have misplaced my wow cd's just like every other person around here. i went to download the wow installer via the links posted in [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and it wants to install directly at 2.0.

Yep, its the hardware. Noggit is made of memory-leaks etc... Below 512MB ram its just pain to move anything ... Better have ~1GB.

So what exactly does this mod do? Does it include the speed hack as mentioned in the GM island thread?

Also, can someone clarify this for me please:

7 ) Open your folder with the 1.12 version of World of Warcraft.

12.1 ) Save the MPQ in your 2.1.3 World of Warcraft\Data folder - Name it "Patch-3".




So basically, I install the original wow version but don't open it because patches will install. Then I do the nogg it stuff and after that how do I get to the 2.1.3 version? Do I download the patches after I do step 11?
