ok heres a guide on how to change names you will need.

and some common sense. ok lets start.
1.Open MyWarcraftStudios.
2. Open patch-enUS.MPQ
3. open up DBFiles Client
4. Scroll down to Spell.dbc
5. click it then right click and press extract file and choose somewhere
6. Drag the spell.dbc onto DBCUtil to convert it to spell.dbc.csv
6. Open it up with CSVed
7. go to Column 124 and scroll down and find your spell
8. once you find it double clikc it a popup will show up scroll to column 124 and change the name.
9. click ready and then save
10. drag the spell.dbc.csv onto DBCUtil and click enter to overwrite the other spell.dbc
11. then open MPQMaster and click new and make a patch-5.mpq
12. make a folder called DBFilesClient on your desktop then drag the spell.dbc onto there.
13. drag the folder onto where it says listfile on mpqmaster and then exit it and your done
14. enjoy your new spell name

would any of these programs make vista freak out caause it did for me.. my screen turned into a TV channel that dosent come in, the black adn white squares, so some feedback on this would be nice. it was eithier MWCS or CSVed thanks.
nvm i see, its in the folder where you saved the mpqeditor stuff, but you gotta have it open to get your file. If you close without moving the mpw to your desktop or sumthin it dissapeers, you should add that to the guide.

Does this still work? Been trying and when starting up wow with the model edit fix, i get a black screen like WoW is starting up, then returns to desktop.
Could that be an error in how I'm executing this? I've followed the guide word for word and spent a few hours trying many things. Any ideas why this isn't working?
