Armor is not something that you're going to want to do. I've been able to do it, but only on simple changes like the tabard, just to test it out. Other changes are possible, but take a LOT of time. There are tons of textures and you have to locate the exact one you use, if you use a tier piece then it's simple, but if you're finding something random, then it's pretty tough to locate, and that's the only reason you could have difficulty in alterations there.

Then here's what you do.

First open up patch.mpq and then choose Item. Now, instead of ObjectComponents, you choose TextureComponents. Now, you need to choose one of them. LegLowerTexture for example.

Scroll down and find the Shaman sets, which should be located under Mail_RaidShaman_A, from there, you simply need to do as you do with Creature and extract them into the treepath almost exactly alike.

I'd go more detailed, but not feel like writing out an entire guide.

Cry it didn't work. I tried making a cutlass into Chromatically Tempred Blade. I followed steps exactly and it just has the normal cutless. Help!

Hi guyz!First of all thx for the guide it's awesome and i could do it on first try!Well sorry for my noob question but is there any way to change the damage done by the weapon couse that would be the real fun

!Becouse modelchanging is really beautyfull but i don't see the point of it.

there probably is a way to change damage, but it is server-side so it'd take hacking and would be SUPER noticable I believe. and the point of model changing is to change different things and have fun changing. Remember " YOU WILL **** UP! A LOT!!" and its true modeling is full of mistakes, lol but thats the fun of it.

when i try to open MyWarCraftStudio, it says it has incountered a problem and needs to close.....any ideas?
