If you don't know how to model edit using hex editor and by editting itemcache use this :

Bon, the way I add SP, S4 gear or whatever I want to itemcache it's pretty simple.


Step 1. Go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and search for the desired item.
Step 2. Once you find the desired item you will see "Link" in the upper-right corner of the screen, that's the ingame link.
Step 3. Copy that script ingame, after it shows click it and also use "ctrl + click" (dressing room).
Step 4.After the item shows and also shows in the dressing room with u` equipped with her, the item will appear in Itemcache next time you try to edit.

Use this script ingame without the comas at start and end.

"/script DEFAULT_CHAT_FRAME:AddMessage("Shift-click this to place a link into a chat message: \124cffa335ee\124Hitem:34989:0:0:0:0:0:0:0\124h[Brutal Gladiator's Bonegrinder]\124h\124r");"

When the item will be showed in game click on it and also ctrl + click on it.
1. Log out
2. Start Hex Editor and search for [Brutal Gladiator's Bonegrinder]
3. Get the code
4. Replace the current one with that code and voila, save and enter the game.
