Nice thread however may i ask if you have the Autodesk 3ds Max application ( full one ) to upload it at your post?

Its not, as i said in PM i use this too i think it mayb e cause it grabs the data from your MPQ's but im not sure

16/38 scanners detected adware in the Model Viewer from the download link you provided in the original post.

It's the one where you put "(for Windows)" after it.

The adware is called "AdMedia".

Just a heads up. Go ahead and download the .rar and scan the .rar with something. Try the online scanners like Virustotal.com. It'll show you what I'm talking about.


When you open the .rar, it's actually the wowmodelview.exe that has the virus attached to it.

EDIT:: Just so you don't think I'm just trying to stir up trouble, here's the scan report:

it seems like it has something in it yes
go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for a working Wotlk version

edit: or rather [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
(first link was mostly ptr versions, this one actually works ^^)
