Ehm.. i cant get mywarcraftstudios to work? When i left click on the taurenmale.m2 i just get an error? and when i rightclick i cant do anything:S?

Make sure that you are using the latest version of mywarcraft studio. It will crash if your not using it. The one posted here is for vista. You can also try re-downloading it.

Still dosnt work with the new version it says that it cant find d3dx9_30.dll

Sounds like you don't have directx 9. You may need an updated version for Dx10 in vista, I'm not quite sure. If you are using xp, just reinstall DX9.

Seems like its a problem with Glitchy's MES. Make sure you have the latest Framework and everything and try reinstalling Glitchy's MES.

I just did exactly what the guide said and tried to Tauren Male -> NE Male, using the 1.35x and I tried 1,35x shrink and I still get the same result.
Iam just stuck in the ground and moving around as a blob or smth. When I jump I look like a ball with a mace rofl

Been playing around with the numbers and Iam so confused atm.
1.35x = Turn to a ball
2 = About Dwarfsize with huge shoulders/helm
3 = About something between dwarf and gnome with huge shoulders/helm

And I guess 1 is just the normal size I got atm?

Well its actually Tauren Male -> BE Female not Tauren Male in my guide. I think you are probably shrinking too much. You may have to play around with it, the pic is a bit hard to see, zoomed out pretty far.

I have been playing around now for a while and it seams that using the "," works instead of "." But I just had to delete the files and redo everything, and 1,10 seams quiet okey.
The run speed I use now is the same as in the guide for blood elf, feels a bit to fast but its good for now

Just that the playerframe is below the frame now, so I just see the helm in the frame, It can probably be fixed but iam to lazy to try that out now

Anyway, thanks!

Edit: Is it possible to load a Night Elf male .m2 in Glitchy to see the exact runspeed?
