Oh ok, I see. I'll just leave it there as a note. Who knows maybe it is because you are German, but as of right now I don't know who it effects. Thanks for the info.

I appreciate that you are happy with the guide. To answer both of your questions. I've been very busy lately. I had an AP Global History Test today, and I still have quite a bit of stuff to take care of before the end of the school year. I'll try to work on this stuff if I get some free time, but at the moment I don't have very much.

Anyone know a workarround for this, I managed to change the camera high even but portraits are still fuxured.

thanks.
I believe that there is a portrait frame section in MWS, but I'd have to look at it more and play around with it to figure out how to change it. Feel free to look for it. I'll take a look when I get some more free time.

Hey.

I've been trying for a few hours but I can't find what's wrong. I'm trying to resize my Tauren Male so it looks more Tauren'ish from Night Elf Male. I follow the guide perfectly but still when I log in to my account I find that the model change is reverted into my old Night Elf Male. It doesn't stay Tauren Male.

The only thing that is unchanged is the size of the character/weapons and running speed is the same as a normal Tauren Male.

Anyone who can help me with this small, yet annoying problem?

Thank you.

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to say.

You are converting your Night Elf -> a Tauren and when you resize it, you get a Night Elf. Make sure that you are adding the .m2 back properly. Also make sure that the unsized patch works.

Hello,

thanks alot for this nice guide. most of it works fine for me and finally my bloodelf female, "transmuted" from a tauren male, really becomes the petite person that it should be ;P

but i have one problem, she canīt walk anymore, she only "glides" through shattrah without moving her feets. it seems that there is something wrong with the moving animations, but i donīt know why.

maybe you got an idea, thanks !

If you only changed the value that is in my guide, it is just set wrong. Keep playing with it until you get the right speed down. It took me like 4-5 tries the first time I did it. Start with drastic guesses, then fine toon it when you find the value that is close.

okay, i will try it. I thought I could take the value from your example (5.24445) because I also transmuted a tauren male into a bloodelf female, just like the example in your guide.

thanks for your quick response

It seems to be slightly different for people. I think its based upon the version that you are using, but its the same concept.

Update. I've found out the problem causing me to look like a Night Elf Male instead of a Tauren Male, it was a importing error from my side.

The problem I have now is when I try to enlarge the Tauren model it gets huge, at my character screen I only see the feet that covers 60% of my screen. They are HUGE. I've tried every possible resizing number but the end result is always the same, it being frikkin' huge

Anyone who can figure out this mess I've created?

Thank you once again,
Dweeb.

They will be huge on the character selection screen, but normal in game. Just play around with it until you get it. Log all the way on before determining. There might be a way to fix it, but it would require work and searching and in my opinion isn't very important.

Well I enlarged the model by 80% but it still came out huge in-game, the legs going all up to the sealing in Ironforge. I'm close to giving up because every time I change it, even 5% it comes out the same way.

Thanks for taking time.

If you mean the note at the bottom of the original post, then yes. If not, I'm not sure what you are talking about

Yes, that is the note that I meant. One of those ways should work in resizing your character correctly. Beyond that I can't really help you with size.
