Well something just came into my mind about the small shoulders on enlarged models, that if you remember a few patches ago orc male got there shoulders minimized, looked totaly screwed up but at mmowned we came across a fix to it so we just replaced the orcmale.m2 file with and old one and the shoulders was fixed.
This should be the same problem, so I guess we have to change something inside the .m2 file instead of a dbc file...

This is just an theory but it might be right...

I could see it working both ways. I'm pretty sure that there is a dbc file that controls all the armor and weapon sizes of creatures and characters. You could also edit the structure of the .m2. I'll try to find the easiest way to fix the problem later this weekend. I'm really tired now. For now, just shrink them down with Glitchy's MES.

You can scale them all down by hand or do a DBC edit to take care of all of them (I believe). I would look into it more, but I've been busy lately. Maybe when I get some free time, I'll help you more.

I changed size on a edit iam making and I dont even changed much but now its lower on the portrait only see the forehead.

Anyone know a workarround for this, I managed to change the camera high even but portraits are still fuxured.

Hey , I've changed my TM to ORC male size. And i must say , the size is almost PERFECT! Really happy with it. Though i'm looking forward for a weapon / Shoulder / head resize guide.

P.S.: Does anyone know the Run animation Change for TM to ORC male afte resizing it? If so please leave a message.

erm, dunno if anybody already told you

BUT

when i resize the model with "1.35" it was shrinking in to the ground, so there where nothin left but the weapon ...
so i tried, and tried, and tried and get tired of trying EVERYTHING, until now ...

i tried to resize it with the value "1,35" ... "," instead of "." ... and what the hell, it worx!
maybe because i have a german version of GMES ...

maybe you can edit a lil note into your first thread, for the german users :x
