Thanks for bringing this to my attention.
In the future, I would say to just tell him no and what he can do to gain access
to that section for himself.
Example:
Sorry, but I can't do that as it would be against the MMOwned rules. (Leaking content
from the private sections.) But you do have two options of what you can do to get
access to the private sections yourself. You can either A.) donate 15$ to the site to
become a Donator which gives you access to several new sections of MMOwned
including the Shoutbawx. Or you can B.) earn 80 reputation points to become a Contributor which gives you access to several new sections of MMOwned including the Shoutbawx.
Thanks again for letting me know. I will confront him, but next time, you know what to do.

Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do besides wait.
You have to wait for the site to update, and when it does, you will have your new rank
available to use.
If it ends up taking a while (long enough that you think it's been enough time to
update), you can always check to see if you have the new rank available
in your Group Memberships page in your User CP.
