Strange thing with adding Objects...

Hi peeps

I am running my private server and its going verry good

but if i want to add a Object i add a chair and voila i added him on the screen.
only thing is that. If i add a big object or just a Orc Watch tower then it says that i added it but it isn't in the server.. I mean that i can't see it!
Is it in the ground or something?

Hope someone know what my problem here is

btw i'm running mangos 2.4.3

Maybe you have to logout and log back in.

If that don't work, try restarting the server.

If that don't work, go in to your Gameobjects table (might be different for mangos) and do it manually.

The relogging and restarting is not an option(tried it many tiimes )

but i try it manually.
but if i want to add a big Stage then i can see it but if i add a tower or something else big it isn't there...

the display ID can be wrong or something look at that first.

If the display ID is wrong i will check it but how do i check it?
i don't have a list with object display ID's...

btw. i placed the object named Orc Tower (entry=20812 Display=629)
and if i placed it i got a little white/black blocked kubus on the ground.
Seen it before in other servers but donot know what it means.

That's the only thing that i add...
maybe i need to fill in Data1,2,3,4 ??
or faction?

Figered out that some display id's don't even exist....

i dunno teh display for orc tower but take look at this.

type:14 (14 for all buildings)
DisplayID:xxxxxx
Name: xxxxx

No need to fill anything else. and if u see a blue/white cube try clean your wows cache

the orc tower is visible!! because it was 5 and changed it to 14

and btw. can you tell me a comamnd to play storm earth and fire for the Whole* server? i can only play it for myself with .debug playsound 11803

go to wowhead.com and find orc tower then you see the ip on the botom of you're screen

Try removing the object and adding it again.

On MaNGOS some objects do not show up if they do not have the correct gobject type. Try making the type to the tower 14. If that fails it is a wmo and the displayid does not show without a core edit.
