Mangos Account Creation Page with ReggAcc
Hey everyone. I found this and really liked it so I figured I'd share this with everyone else. RegAcc gives a nice looking account reg page for mangos users.
You will need an apache server with php installed. The quickest way I found out how to do this is by installing [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
After installing it you'll need the RegAcc download

Extract the files from the RegAcc zip into your htdocs or www folder (C:\wamp\www if you are using wamp)
You will need to edit the settings in your configuration.php file to match up with your mySQL server.
After doing this start the web server and type in 127.0.0.1 into the web browser.
you should get something along the lines of this
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
On the bottom of the page is a "Configure RegAcc" link. This will allow you to adjust your website to your needs. The default information here is
Username: @admin
Password admin
Make sure you change this as soon as you get the site up. Last thing you want is someone else to change it before you do.
Here's a couple things I've run into:
The location is not always right. I've seen some new players in mulgore show that they are in the Barrens or ever Feralas. I'm not sure how to fix this but I've been researching it and I'll let you know if I find anything new.
I've also been unable to upgrade accounts to Wrath in the account preview page. I'm also looking into this.

I have tried that in the past, it works great for people who need something quick and easy. Though it pales in comparison to the functionality and quality of MiniManager.

I've managed to get the site up and working. Tho it always shows as "Offline" on the site and i don't know what i've done wrong. Anyone got a clue? Thanks in Advance.

Guys.. my webhotel is hosted on another server than my Server. Is there any1 skilled with SQL that can help me please? If so please add '[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]' on msn. Thanks in advance!
Its stes online but where do i get it to work with my external ip or what shall i do :O im the only one connect beacouse of the localhost and 127.0.0.1 :O??
