[Guide]How to set up Wrath of The Lich King Repack
BrantX's Guide on How to Set up Wrath of The Lich King
Needs You will need the Following
A WotLK Database and Repack, You can find one [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
MySQL
SQLyog or Navicat(Either one is needed, Don't use HediSQL)
and Know how to Edit Configs.
How To Let us begin!
First, You need to download my repack above, If you didn't do so now.
Second,Open it up and open the folder up, you should get 4 folders like this
Third, Move Beta Server to your Desktop and then go into the folder "MySql Datenbank" and move all the SQL's into your Desktop, Like this
Now go to SQLyog or Navicat and create 4 Databases,
1 ) Mangos
2 ) Realmd
3 ) Characters
4 ) Scriptdev2
Now, Dump SQL's or Execute them into the correct databases
Mangos.sql goes into Database Mangos
(Mangos.sql should take a while to Execute, Go eat or something and come back in 10-15min)
Realmd.sql goes into Database Realmd
Characters.sql goes into Database Characters
Scriptdev2.sql goes into Database Scriptdev2
Alright, now we have the Database it is now time to make the server runnable.
Go into " Beta Server " on your desktop and you should have 3 editable Config files, mangosd realmd and scriptdev2. Forget about MARFilenames we don't need that, Edit the configs and you should know how to do it. If not i'll help you, just post your configs if you need help.
Now it is time to get your DBC and Maps folder, Download DBC and Maps Extractor on the Repack Page([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) and place Ad.exe in "C:\Program Files\Wrath of the Lich King Beta" and create a new folder named " Maps ". Run Ad.exe and wait for half a hour or so... After it disappears it should have loaded your folder named "Maps" with maps and created a "dbc" folder.
Move them both into " Beta Server " and wait a couple of minutes for it to import, After that you can now start up your Wrath of The Lich King Server!
How to get your server to enUS, English.
Go into Mangosd.conf in your Beta Server folder with Notepad(or notepad++)
Hit Cntrl + F and type " RealmZone = 9 " in the little box and it should find it for you,
Exit the little box and replace RealmZone = 9 with RealmZone = 2. It should set it to enUS.

PS :: Yes i know the repack is in German but i am trying to fix that.

C:Program FilesWorld of Warcraft is that correct? what about the wotlk folder??
What in gods name are you talking about, You don't need to do shit with C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft you need to do stuff with this C:\Program Files\Wrath of the Lich King Beta.

Was just wondering if the WotLK quest givers/vendors/trainers in Ebon Hold are supposed to be missing/incomplete. I get a lot of this during mangos startup.
ERROR: Spell ##### listed in 'spell_chain' does not exist
ERROR: Spell ##### listed in 'spell_proc_event' does not exist
ERROR: Item (Entry: #####) not correct ##### display id, must be ##### (using it)
ERROR: Item (Entry: #####) has wrong (not existing) spell in spellid_1 (#####)
ERROR: Creature (Entry: #####) has non-existing faction_A template(#)
ERROR: Quest ## 'RewSpellCast' = #### but spell #### does not exist, quest will not have spell reward.
I think you get the idea hehe
Each of these lines spam multiple times for each section it loads, I think it's related to stuff missing in Ebon Hold. Anyone else get this? Maybe I missed something while setting it up.

I don't think Ebon Hold is spawned in the database, This isn't really blizz-like its a Fun-Realm WotLK repack. Anyway im not the repack creator as you can see on the repack page it says [Share] ;P

well then you need to fix your guide cuz it says C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft...so what in gods name were you thinking when you put that
