i've gotten to the point where im supposed to start up navicat, but everytime i try to connect to the new connection i get an error message saying 1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Any suggestions?

nice guide +rep but i have a problem for some reason i cant update past version 3.0.1 8391 anyone know how i can update past this? or give me a dl link to the patches?
well this is now absolete as the Beta got release and the Alpha download and patches no longer work. I have everything and will make a torrent but not sure it is worth it. Maybe keep an eye for a Beta server???

This is the full WOTLK up to version 8417 and it includes the WOTLK menu and some skins made by other guys of course... no credit here except that I am seeding 3GB.
I also got hold of the Beta Server... just need to compile the new server and I might upload that one.

I havent been a member here for long, but honestly, I dont think asking for rep is going to get you anywhere... let alone threatening to stop seeding if nobody gives you rep. You probably lost all respect you could have gained by actually asking, and attempting to 'blackmail' for rep <.<

edit: downloaded but found that the patches are enGB would you happen to have the 8391 to 8471 enUS patch? i just need the update =/
