and I think tehse are the rates... I assume 500 is x500 the standard rate... so what would standard be? 1 or 100???

For blizz like set it to 1. To spawn an npc do .npc add # (where # is the creature id).And yes they get auto saved.

Got them mate, also found out some WOTLK npcs... or at least I guess they are WOTLK cause I never seen them before:
777777, 777779, 777811, 777813, 777822, 777843, 777853, 777870, 777872, 777874, 777907, 777909, 777914, 777917

Now what would the best way to spawn stuff. When I done it they just come straight at me and attack me Is there a way to make myself invisible and flying?? Would be a lot easier, otherwise I'll have 10 mobs chansing me

When I try to use the enUS (origonally enGB) its doesnt create a folder and it just shutsdown in a second, when i try to connect with navivat its says:
(1045 Acess deanied for user 'mangos'@'localhost' using password: YES) what should i do?

well i guess you got another pass on mysql or navicat other than root.Just open up your conf files and change the pass....about the enUS thing im just gonna upload one now and hope it works for u ppl

1045 - access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (Using password: YES)

I dont know what to do, please help I'm new with mysql stuff and such

ok micke i have had similar probs when i first started makin emu servers.Well,a thing that worked for me,was go to control panel,at the change/remove software thingy and uninstall mysql.Then go to where i had installed it and delete its folder completely.Now reinstall it and use username: root and pass: root and then install navicat again and make a new connection with pass root.That should work.If not send me a pm here and i'll give u my msn so maybe u can explain your problem to me a bit more.

The actual problem is that following Plokami's tuto (thank you btw) gives no field named "password" in [Table]account@realmd (localhost)

i'm sorry guys this is my fault for i forgot to explain (and i didnt have noticed till i saw hosensei's post) that the password field is named sha_pass_hash.Really sorry for forgetin to mention that hope it solved your prob

Can we use them SQL files? I see 002_acid_428_scriptdev.sql is the latest full release.

What do we actually use or replace, do I use the acid release and replace the scriptdev2.sql.sql?? Saw that the mangos database is 90Mb, so this is what obviously has all the spawns, mob and npc locations?

Installation Instructions :

Acid releases will mostly consist of two parts xxx_acid_yyy_mangos.sql and xxx_acid_yyy_scriptdev.sql where xxx will be the revision number for Acid and yyy will be the revision number for SD2 at time of the Acid release. To install Acid you MUST have a *working* installation of mangos and your favorite DB project. get the latest copy of the acid sql files from full_release/x.x.x/ folder of the svn where the x.x.x represent the revision number, so for revision 0.0.1 you would look in https://sd2-acid.svn.sourceforge.net/svnroot/sd2-acid/full_release/0.0.1/. 

* Make sure your copy of mangos has the base mangos SQL and a full DB inserted and working.

AFTER applying your Mangos and SD2 Updates apply the following ACID Packs

* Insert xxx_acid_yyy_mangos.sql into your Mangos Database (Named mangos by default)
* Insert xxx_acid_yyy_scriptdev.sql into your ScriptDev2 database (Named scriptdev2 by default)

REMEMBER THE ACID QUERIES MUST BE INSERTED AFTER YOU HAVE A WORKING MANGOS DB INSTALLED OR AFTER UPDATING YOUR CURRENT DB TO CURRENT VERSION.
IF YOU UPDATE SD2 I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU RUN THE ACID MANGOS DB FILE AGAIN TO MAINTAIN ALL SCRIPT LINKS.

Once all queries are inserted check mangos console when starting up for a line similar to "SD2: >> Loaded xxxx EventAI_Events" without quotes, the xxxx is a number that might differ based on if you have custom scripts or not.

Now what do they mean? As in open the scriptdev2.sql.sql with Textpad and add the 002_acid_428_scriptdev.sql to it? Or do it inside from navicat? If from Navicat could you please let me know how I can combine databases?
