Ok If you can´t connect to the mysql server with Navicat check first that Mysql is running! If you didn´t changed your Pw it should be root and the username should also be root ...don´t change the port or the localhost as ips.....

If you want to start the server please restart Mysql and than start the Restarter.exe - if it doesn´t work pls check all your steps !

What does this mean? How do I fix it? Do I open ports to my router or something along those lines?

using a MaNGOS DB 5.X MySQL and Navicat for MySQL

Everything worked fine, i (the host) changed my IPs everywhere from localhost 127.0.0.1 to the Hamachi IP and launched the restarter with mangosd and realmd without problems.
My friend and me were in the same Hamachi Network and he set his realmlist.wtf to my hamachi ip (set realmlist xxx), but when he started WoW and tryed to connect he can't connect to me / my server. Why? Firewall, something?

Ive done everything you said, and ive also opened ports 3724 and 8085, but when my friend tries to connect hes stuck at realmlist. cant enter character creation screen. how do i fix this?

i am trying to get one buddy in my sever. i myself can log in just fine and do whatever i need to do. i have changed up all the things you have said. i am running into this problem.

he can log in to the server just fine. but when he goes to select his realm it takes him to my a realmlist like it should. but when he clicks on it then it keeps sending him back to the realmlist.

any help would be fine.

for some reason my server only allows 1 person to connect, and the other just cant connect( says cannot connect to the server) i think i might be able to change the population, but i tried and still doesn't work. if u know how to fix plz help

Everything has worked, When my friend trys to connect he gets though but when it goes to connect to the server it gets stuck at 'Logging into game server'. Whats the problem ?
