Only one person had that item, and that was a very long time ago. Doubt he plays wow anymore. They were going to take it from him but the gms decided to let him keep it.

From what I understand, it was an error made by the developers that it dropped at all. But as people said, they let him keep it regardless.

This only dropped for Noktyn in a guild called Nurfed. This was before 1.4 Patch come out and MC Loot was all Redone
