Now that you guys are done being stupid, I would actually reccomend T5.

"If your Greater Heal brings the target to max health, you gain 100 mana."
and
"Your renew spell now increases all resistances by 15."

Whereas T6 has:
"Reduces the mana cost of your prayer of healing by 10%."
and
"Increases the healing done by your Greater Heal by 5%."

The highest tier ofcourse, the type of tier depends on the spec you take.
You will ofcourse not take a tier with healing stats if you are a shadow priest...

I prefer non set items though as they come out stronger in the end, you aren't getting any bonusses but you can costumize your gear much more if you take non set items.

If your out for looks you might go for a full set, but stats>looks tbh
