I was browsing in the AH when I saw two items with the same name but different stats

There are lots of pieces of armor like that. Look on thottbot. Some armor pieces say +strength 12-13 or something like that. Armor exists that is both +12 str and +13 str. It is just a matter of what drops.

I am pretty sure that is the case. Correct if I'm not...

Yea it's normal, like those damn pants I'm trying to get... +5 agi and +5 sta for level 19, all I've found is +4 agi and +5 sta.

not so new, there is many items like that, maybe everything green item got other stats, quests items dont got same or rare or epic or legendary
