Ok here is my delima, I don't raid. I don't have time to raid. I run 5 mans and arena on my priest.

I have almost all the mats for the Hand of Eternity to be made. Do you think it is worth while? or should I save my money and just get exhalted with Sha'tar for that +heal mace.

Maybe I can wait for guilds to start selling epix from Kara, then I can just buy shard of virtuos

Same here, except for that i don't have any mats for Hand of Eternity.
My advice would be: Buy it so you don't have to get Exalted with Sha'Tar.

Unless you don't have many friends on the server you can run heroics with, that's what I'd advise. Doing Heroic Mech coupled with 2-3 Mech or Bot runs a day will get you exalted within a week, and get you a sweet shield to match the mace (or off hand if you're not a pally/shammy).

If the grind from revered to exalted (around 10-11 runs of botanica or mech) is too tough for you to wait out, definitely go with the Hand of Eternity, not only does it have a badass model, but the int and healing are amazing pre-Kara, and it's a step ahead of 5 man blues, if you have almost all the mats, no question - just get it.
