Ok, so I don't play on offical blizz servers but my question is this: Do people still do BWL and MC and Onyxia? Or do they go straight from 60 to 61 and not care?

also do you have to be exactly level 60 to do those raids?

Also can multiple raid groups be in an instance at the same time killing the same boss but not with each other?

It depends on the player, but if you want to do MC/BWL or anything else, I'm sure you'll do it at 70, not at 60 anymore.

No, you can be lvl 58 (or even lower, dunno) and ofc above lvl60.

Nope, one raid instance is bound to one raid group. People get an ID, also called "timer" which binds you to the instance you've entered. (You get the timer since you've killed a boss/mob or anything that changes the inner part of the instance - effects the loot.)

Well, to answer your questions..yes/no...

some guilds enjoy revisting naxx for the still current challege, but there will be revamps to it in the upcoming expansion, they are moving it to northrend(supposably)

But all in all, its up to the members of that guild..

its quite sad seeing people attempt to pug a world dragon with 1 tank, or kazzak with 1 healers...

I usally run a pug preBC 40 man every weekend. Usally have 30ish people turn out to finsih of sets. Most fights are a zerg.

Ahh the good ole days of 40 man raids, those things built the character on and off the screen of alot of great players. It's never stupid to ask about those instances because they laid the foundation for the game we play today. ExMonarch is sooo tru, if you think just because your lvl 70 your going to half ass it through a fight like Ragnaros or Majordomo your dead wrong those fights still require seemless execution.

you can pick up attunements to BWL/Naxx/MC at lvl58(i think its 58 for all 3, maybe 60 for BWL/Naxx)

normally, no one ever does any of these three dungeons, as they take up alot of time.

when i played on Vek'Nilash, Curse oftain decided to travel to Naxx just for a change, when BT/MH had been cleared

also me and 3 - 4 guild mates nearly always went for onyxia on her reset, just for the fact that the gold is good (aslong as you dont wipe) and its a free 18 slot bag(sometimes two)

People do not raid the old 60 instances as much anymore. I used to love the good old days of raiding, but TBC KILLED the fun of raiding and the fun of the old instances like BRD and UBRS. Most people who joined post-BC have never been in those two great instances and never got to experience the fun of the original. I think it is great when people run the old instances, because those were the days when I enjoyed WoW.

There's always noobs when as soon as they get to 58 they try to raid those old instances and fail. I hate them.

I know some people go back to MC for fire resistance gear. So yes, some still play these instances, but most people just move on to the outlands.

I dont think they do... I've tried to get in on them, but its not that fun.

yea surprisingly alot of people still do those instances for fun...and no i don't think you need to be 60 to enter them
