Hi all...

A little week ago, I was down to do the Chess Event with a m8.. Me rogue and him mage.. And it worked as a charm...
But today we tryied again, but when we enter the Chess room, there are no pieces to use?? Anyone know if this bug has been fixed, or if it's just a WoW bug?
Can't see that it could have been fixed, since no update yet, but don't know...

To remove stuff in the game they dont have to update the whole thing. Just hide it / make a trigger that shows the pieces when you are there when you are supposed to be there.

Hey, any1 know if there is some sort of trigger to start it, i've got an private server and i have serched for "chess" in looking for group and found some creatures maybe it's something with them, also serched for "trigger"...

read the patch notes the chess pieces will spawn after the opera thing

Twas possible to take a side path, stealthed/invisible, do the chess event, get your p|-|47l3w7z and leave. So many people were doing it that Blizz made the chess event available ONLY after the Opera thing, apparently.

I think you have to get past so many bosses before the pieces spawned. the grp 2 of the guild only got past curator, so i decided to give it a try. the mob outside the prince room can see through stealth now, so make sure you got distract + imp stealth pot + sprint ready for that. I soloed it the other week and got the shoulders

Ok my guild did the curator and opera, I have tryed for 3 hours now but the god damn flesh either sees me all the time. What can I do?

Anyone found another way to get past to the chess event? Running through the walls to Prince and then going down from there doesn't work anymore, they have made it so the door wont open unless you've done chess ;<
