Our guild is doing (for the first time) Kara as a "guild". Most of the members (incl. me) aren't hardcore gamers, so I have only been to MC like 4 times, and about 7 zg runs. There are 3 or 4 members that raid a lot though with otherguilds pre-bc. But this time, we're going to be doing it "as a guild".

Last week (first week of June) we went to Kara for the first time, was a pain in the ass cause we were getting into "the groove" of working together as a team. Attumen died on 2nd try. Moroes... well lets just say he lived for another week. We raided for 2 hours for 2 days. (tues/wed).

This week we went back in, took Attument down first try easy peezy... Moroes ... downed after 2 wipes. Was a HUGE boost for us. We got to Maiden, but me(OT) and the MT have to work on our Intervene's a bit more. Tried today for the 2nd run, and because of school etc. we had 2 ppl not able to come. But, not a huge loss. Maiden lives for another week

I must say though. From the perspective of a very casual gamer (under 50 days played), it is a massive rush to down Moroes. He kicked our asses all over the floor about 16 times in 2 days. So when we finally downed him yesterday, it was awesome. Guild pics and all...

My guild finally managed to down Maiden if Virtue, downed Opera event after that (Romulo and Julianne), didn't try Curator.
Instance resets, and now our guild can't do the Opera event properly :P

Still, making progress.Hopefully, I'll be able to enter before they manage to get past the Curator :P (I'm short like 320g to get my flying mount, and I get to play for about 4-8 hours a week, damn exams and broken PC ><)


Oh, and GZ Veritable, Moroes is a bitch for first timers, ain't he? :P

KZ full clearance in a night, with few or no wipes

Gruul and Magtheridon done this week with no wipes, cleared in an evening

Last night Void Reaver went down to 20%[with only 2 attempts, people had to leave early], he'll be down tonight

Had some nice cracks at the Lurker, and currently gearing tanks for Hydross

My guild which has only been in Kara for about 5-6 weeks just downed Netherspite last night. Nightbane will go down next week for sure.

Kara clear in 1 night no wipes usually 2 groups for the hell of it Mag/Gruul/Maulgorr/Hydross/Lurker in the same night(Usually tuesday)
Morogrim and progressing on karathress usually the same night. void reaver whenever

Fun fights though Hydross is still my favorite but apparently my guildees enjoy the gruul fight watching me run around gruul in circles with my hands in the air jumping in Tree of Life :-\ raid healing FTW!

this week, gruul is down, just downed prince less then 10 minutes ago.. i dont want to talk about mag, that was a disaster
