The only thing i could see that could have been better is the light sorce beside the C. It draws to much attention. maybe lower opacity a little? Other then that this is your'e best work ever. Very nice!

i'm not really a fan of the crosshatch patterns around the edges, it feels like they're covering something up and i want to see whats behind it . I would lower the size and opacity on the white dots, maybe set them to overlay. the gradient next to the text, lower the opacity and maybe use a black gradient around the edges (reversed). also i think it could use a bigger variety of colours, its looking a little dull.

so me thinks looks very eye catching looks like an icy terrain with the wind blowing your name it's what it looks like to me pretty awesome but maybe lower the opacity on the light near the "C" or go Filter>render>lens flare then put that on the C all in all i give it a 8.5/10
