OK let me tell you the reason I don't want this in the graphics section. I want this to first go to our Higher Ranked Community, I'm offering MONEY from paypal for this, I don't want this information to leak out or whatever. If I have to put this into the graphics section so be it, but if anyone wants to give this a shot go ahead.

Hey guys, I'm in need of TWO different things for graphics. I will be paying the best looking designer. Maybe even if your so good, I will pay for lessons on how to do it, or come back later for more business. Yes, I am paying cash only through PayPal.
I am offering $10-$15 to the best designer, the 10-15 depends on how awesome the design is. I've been donating lots of money to this website, so I'm hoping to get some love in return.
Submissions will be posted here only. If your hard work is well done, I am even
for the designers for any designs posted here.
I can take single designs for what I need, I am paying $5 for the best designs. You will probably receive more money if you make both designs so I can see your different styles. So try to aim for both styles, but if you can only do one or the other, at least submit it so I can have a variety.

1. Alright first of all I need a banner for my Guild's website. This isn't main priority, no one ever offered any banners to me so I'll have to post specs:
Size: 700x200
Text: Tranquility
Under Text: <Lightbringer>
Main Theme Colors: Use your imagination.
Render: Don't have one.
Theme: More graphics then WoW, but aim for a little of both.
2. I need to get a Water Polo team design for my school's water polo team. I don't know what the average shirt logos/designs usually are, but I want it to be something on the front and something on the back saying our school's name water polo. Here are the specs:
Text On Front: I'd prefer to have an awesome graphic design on the front of the shirt, but try adding PSHS Water Polo to be in the front.
Text On Back: PSHS Water Polo, maybe a little bit of awesome designs on the sides.
Main Colors: I'd like it to be my school's colors. (Red and Black)
Try to make it a kinda large size for the front, I'd like to be all over the shirt if yah know what I mean. Pretty much some kind of awesome design, having to deal with Water Polo though, so keep it in mind, this is for a High School's water polo team.

Also if its possible to get a PSD file for the shirt, for the back or something, cause we want names to be in the back of the shirts. Dunno if thats done through printing the decals or making the shirts or something.
