Anyone good at editing photo's?

I mean editing a photo with a persons face on it,I have one and I'd like it to be edited

With editing i mean making it cooler etc,..

Maybe if you post the actually picture ppl will see what is the actual request about and will give it a shot and will post if they achieve something nice, but if you expect someone to pm you for this... imo you have more chances of someone making this if you post the pic.

tbh i didnt know what to do with it, just a bit of fun to edit it as coursework was all handed in today so i have some time to do some things now.
lol im guessing you probably wont like it but i didnt know what to do and you/your friend look like a hot air balloon lover for some reason:P

edit:

did a slight bit of editing to the actual photo instead of just placing it on the background to try make it fit with the background. basically just some simple shading to give depth and light and lowered the quality and blurred it slightly to fit with the background image..... loll just seen the image after its saved as a .bmp with the "shading" and because of the quality difference it just makes the guy look kinda grubby

if you kinda like the idea il try fix that for you

well, it was made for deleting logos etc from wallpapers. But i did that with brushes so its quite the same.
