Well I figured I would make this since I am considered a 'leecher' of the mmowned community.
Okay, first off you need to have several different mote farming profiles that you can switch around to per day. Second, you need to understand that you can not be logged onto your account for more than 12 hours straight with no break time in between(this is just my opinion but I am sure others will flame about that). I will also post attach a file of the profiles I use to farm motes, which have all been downloaded from other people at some point in time, so I take NO credit for making them.
Once your have about 4 different farming spots downloaded you should test each one for an hour or so to make sure they all work the way YOU want them to. After you have tested them all and they work to your own standards you should run the first one for about 4 hours or so. After getting about 8-10 primals you should mail them to a bank alt and move to your next farming spot. Then do the same for that next spot you have chosen and get 8-10 more primals. This method will also help prevent having a HUGE surplus of one type of primal on the auction house at one time!!!
Eventually you will have your own rhythm set up and you will only have about 10-15 minutes of downtime between profiles and MOST LIKELY never get caught!!!
I hope this guide helped anyone that did not know to not sit in one spot farming all day.

ive actually never been caught doing exactly what you just said not to do. i farmed probably at least 30-40 primal fire per day in the same spot every day, running in about 10 hour interals with like a 5 min break in between. always flooded the ah on a daily bases and was never even questioned.
