Hello.

This is a free ventrilo 2.1 server with easy setup.

When you finish the downloading extract with Winrar or something, then open up "Ventrilo_srv" not the .exe but the config file and set to your settings.
When you done open up "Ventrilo_srv.exe" and then start up ventrilo and connect to your ip. (Which can be found at [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] or just google "My ip" )

Open the config file "vent_srv.conf" or something and change to what you want it to be named and pass and such...

and connect with your IP

I can only get this to work on LAN. If I connect to my real IP it does not work !

Have you open port 3784 ?

You no NOT have to open the default port, it is recommended, but this can be changed in the .ini file as posted below;

Could you tell us what to do?

Then you need to forward the default port (3784) or enter a open port (TCP/UDP bridge) in the config file (.ini) Please check [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] for a helpful guide how to do it.
