i used to do this on my school's computers when i was a tech..
we'd make a shutdown shortcut, you know the dumb little "shutdown -s -t 00" and label it as internet explorer and make icon the ie icon and put it on the desktop... couple computers i did it to every icon on the desktop... word, IE, my computer, my documents, took a while, but it was hilarious watching people try to use them... and we had one of those programs that would save the computers setup and then when you logged off or restarted/shutdown it'd go back to the last saved set up... so even if they fixed everything, the second they logged off it'd go back to normal..

A simple cold shutdown will solve it.

Blah, crappy .bat script, time for some more real things
Code:
#include <iostream.h>
#include <conio.h>
using namespace std;

int main()
{
    system ("shutdown /s /t 20");

    system ("echo You'r ****d, cya");
    system ("echo The matrix got ya");
    loop:
    system ("color 02");
    system ("color 12");
    system ("color 32");
    system ("color 42");
    system ("color 52");
    system ("color 62");
    system ("color 72");
    system ("color 02");
    goto loop;
getch ();
return 0;

}
also added a .rar with the complied .exe
