Brief description:
N&N Game Development Team is looking for individuals to join the team. The company itself was established Early 2008 by me, Nick Nishanian. The funding for the company ( Computers, Server, etc...) is coming from my pocket.
We are currently in the recruitment process in our first MMORPG project "Age of Darkness", which is well into development stage at the moment.
We mainly want to get into our idea of HvH(Hybrid vs. Hybrid), which is mainly; PvP, PvE, and RPG questing all together in a single environment. This includes characters, fractions which you choose to side with, and creative game play, we want to make it along the line like World of Warcraft, Warhammer Online, DnD, and etc... This DOES NOT mean that we will copy them BY ANY WAY! Just giving a idea of what kind of guidelines and etc... we will look at.
Target aim:
As of now we are thinking free-ware.
Compensation:
Currently, ALL positions at N&N DOES NOT pay, we are searching for a good team to put together so we can show some demo to a few people who want to fund our work, this means this can change, but until then you will be working for experience and just a great environment. We here at N&N Game Development Team are a great family and we just do this for fun until we can get serious funding going on. We treat each other like family and just do this because we enjoy it and need the experience.
Technology:
Planning the release of the game in windows/mac/linux. We are aiming to use C++ for the game, but we can't make any promises until we get our fine team of developers and etc... so that we may discuss the technical parts of the game.
Talent needed:
We basically need ANYTHING...
Web Designer: We want to make a very creative website which can portrait us because our company is very creative in its work. Must know one of the following: HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, Java, or Flash.
Coders: We want the game to be in C++ but looking at other options also, if you think you can make a good impact on the team with your skill of coding, then contact us. Must know one of the following: C++, Java, Flash, etc...
Artists: The game is composed of different art styles. The player's character, items, and monsters are all done in very creative and exotic style. Must know one of the following: 3D Art or 2D Art
Level Designers: The level designer needs to be able to create fun and interesting environments that look and play great while managing and mentoring a team of additional level designers. If you know Maya or any other 3D level editor, that is a BIG PLUS!
Sound Engineers: Voice actors, sound effects, etc... We want a mix of classical with action at some parts in it, world of warcraft and Warhammer Online music is some-what of a idea we want, music wise.
Other Information: We are looking for a lot of other openings too, just these are the primary. If you want to be part of us you have to learn to be communicative, we aren't a local team only maybe part of us, so telling us detail by detail of the things you are doing MUST BE. We want to become a serious well-funded game studio which can distribute enjoyable MMORPG games, and to do so, we must enjoy playing games, gamers MAKE the games.

Our team is mainly I (Nick Nishanian - Head Producer / Owner, Founder), and more then 5 individuals of all specialization. We mainly are growing in California where we program and do the work in my house which consists of 6 computers and a Dell Server Box. I am also in charge with community support.

Previous Work by Team:
As for me, I have been working with World of Warcraft emulators and private servers, such as MonGOS and Ascent, Antrix. Know C++.Java, and Flash. Want to major in Game Development mainly.
Seems like a nice project...Sadly I dont know web scripting or C++. Only vb.net and C# lol.
2 years have passed since the mortal races banded together to emulate World of Warcraft...
