It should be possible to pull this off.

Simply a macro, script, or program to auto open up a chest take out 1 single pre named item & close the chest and then wait for it to respond.

Of course like the title says, its for WoW.

Im aware you would need the chest id, item id you want tooken out, but how would the script work out?

Anyone possible of writing this?

What's your actual goal, waiting at one particular chest to respawn and loot that one rare item?

Then:

- Make sure you enable auto-loot
- Download an filter addon (lootfilter I think?)
- Configure it to loot only your item
- Download an auto-clicker
- Stand in front on the chest and put your mouse on it
- Wait!

it is very posible and not too hard to write actually, and you shoulde'nt need any sort of chest ID, it should just be able to recognize what item to pick from the chest.

Seems like this is what he wants, LootFilter ftw! Yea just set it to delete a certain quality of item, or go on WoWHead and see what items the chest can drop and manually add in each name.

Where is this chest at if you don't mind :P

Think it is server specific but it respawns every minute with BoJs lol
