Yeah this is actually pretty easy to do. This basically sets up a paypal with NONE of your real information

Go to Albertsons or Vons, or any big grocery store and buy a 25,50,75 dollar VISA giftcard( Any of which is fine). Now go to www.allaccessgift.com and register it. It takes about 30minutes so hold tight. Now, after its registered on their site make a paypal with the card with out ANY of your personal info. Now if you have a actual PayPal with ur bank or CC you can just send money to the fake one, and well Ah a scamming paypal account!

not bad, but i can still recive money, even though i'm unverified, so no prob when i'm renting.

Yeah, this paypal has all fake info. So when I sell my account. They send money and i recall account =]

Night, all you need to do is buy a 25 dollar VISa giftcard and set up a paypal with it using none of your real info. Then send money from your actual PayPal with ur real info to the fake one.

No, but if they do get your real IP they can just call up your ISP, but that's why you use proxies (Tor in particular) as stated above.
