download this and follow these instructions.
Requirements:
A psp with firmware 2.70 or higher
USB cord
Memory card with 128 MB or more.
Instructions:
1). Connect your psp with your USB cord and then connect it with your Computer and go to USB connection.
2). If you already unzipped the file from the download then click PsPWVista (Easy Installer).
3). Now where it has select PSP drive click the drop down bar. There should be at least 3 separate selections C: , D: , and some other drive thats the drive your PSP is on.
4). Click On That Drive then click OK. Now it seems like it froze up but its transferring the data. Wait untel it finishes You will know when its finsihed because it will tell you.
5). Soon as it is finished then Exit USB connection. Next go to Network then go to WWW Internet browser. Now a White page with tool bars should come up on the bottom tool bar there is Tools click it and something pops up Click the one that says Settings. Click it Now another thing pops up and you see Home Page Settings and there is a address bar type in this file:/pspwvista/index.htm
then click OK then click O or other wise known as Back key go over to The thing called home it looks like a house. Then Something pops up. Just wait you will have to fill stuff out. Soon as you are done with that Restart your PSP and go back to
Network/ Internet browser and it should imediateley go to it.
:O you can do much cooler stuff with a psp, like hacking it! have a view on psp-news.dcemu.co.uk you can install a custom firmware with emulators and stuff.

There so many sites that talk about psp hacking most common one is getting a M33 patch so you can play iso's and playing homebrew, like tower defence or MAME, gba and stuff

Well, you can install an Emulator or Homebrew Software, on psp-news just look at the left frame, scroll down a bit, but before u can use this software, you must downgrade your psp... to learn how to do, just google for "PSP Downgrade tuturial"....
The Last custom firmware I used was the 3.03 OE...
has the M33 still ISO and PS1 support?
