Hey Im trying to make a website with forums, not just a website, and not just forums.

I tried freeforums.org, didnt really like cause I need more than just forums

Tried Freewebs.com, Almost, but forum management is more than lacking.


I would prefer something Similar to Freewebs, but with a independent account system, and actual forum management (individual acc system, rename ranks, mods ect.)

I'm 13 so For the moment I'm limited to a budget of $0.00, yeah...

I don't mind having less control over website via easy controls, i could work it out myself. So if anyone knows about one you would recommend, please tell me, +rep to anyone who can help me out. I may be able to pay next year, but till then its free for me.

Might as well go to no-ip.com, make a host.. then write up your own website.. or take someone elses website and make it your own

the thing is, i need one that has forums, and a few diff webpages. and Dont really like freeforums much. plus websit eim making isnt just for serv, also about forums, if I could find a good website, i could probably tear forums onto it

Also i have a few no-ip hosts, How would i go about to hooking up a website to it? Sorry for all the questions, just wanna be able to get it up by time im allowed to use my home PC again.

Hmm. i got forum and website. But it is useing hamachi for awhile. I can create u a full pageage whit the website u wanna and an forum

110mb.com is a great host, its basically like having your own free site, but with .110mb.com in it. They dont have registration often though.
