Hello,

Last days when "server crash exploit" was released to the public, after reading some of the people posts ( who were afraid that mmowned could be banned) I came up with an conclusion. Ofcourse the content of this website is illegal, but what is the point for blizzard in banning it, if this website is THE BEST SOURCE for blizzard to prepare new hot-fixes/patches. You think blizzard is not aware of the content which is here?? Probably allot of blizz GMs are looking into it, than report the exploits/bugs they found here to their technicians to fix it. Blizzard needs such a websites to make their game better.

Mmowned will NOT be banned, they don't have any rights to do that.

All They can do is make anyone NOT able to say mmowned on the server.

That's true, but tbh if blizzard would Sue mmowned, they probably would win. But as I said, Blizzard doesn't want to bann this service.

they wouldnt want to ban us were the largest hacking/exploiting webite/everything for warcraft we find exploites and post here....so they can just fix the buggs!

This site isn't illegal in any shape or form, unless somehow Blizzard becomes the government. And no, everyone on MMOwned won't be banned, they can't get our char names etc and they don't have proof each person cheats. Also, they can't get the site taken down because Blizz doesn't host us, and we have no illegal content.

They can't. We own the game that resides on our computer, so we can do whatever we want with it. And as for ruining their game, no they can't do anything legally about that to us. Doing little exploits in a game that doesn't ACTUALLY harm anyone, that can't be a reason to take down a website.

Ofcourse they can, changing in-game structure, scamming ( harming other peoples), using any 3rd programms ( bots, hacks) and even releasing it to the public, those are the reasons to sue. But as I said blizzard have no buisness to do that.

No, they can't. We aren't doing anything illegal. We can change memory on our machine, run bots, model edit all safely because it's our property as it's being run on our machine, which we own. Not Blizzard. Scamming, we are just getting the information to use a BORROWED account. Seeing as account's are Blizzards and when you use them you agree Blizz owns them, then we aren't stealing anything so we're covered there. Pretty much the only thing we could be sued for is copyright infringement, which we don't have right now.

You still don't understund that running those programms on YOUR machine, affect THEIR servers. They can prove that those affections ruined their servers or whatever. So they are able to make a sue and probably would win.
