guys i am still using ares and i am looking to get some thing that is safe and good any one no of any

Get Limewire, and after you download it, in the Select Search Type menu, click programs and type in Limewire Pro. Yes, can get Limewire Pro of regular Limewire haha irony.

Frostwire is like limewire pro (for free), it's opensource, and it doesn't block anything, unlike limewire

P2P ftl, seeding ftl too if you forget that you are seeding (in case you've left limewire on) and try to play wow... good. Host>p2p

Well, when i'm seeding with utorrent at full speed, i haven't got any lag. Even if i dl at full speed, got max 200ms

Yeh.. Limewire pro ( can be dowloaded off normal limewire) & Azureus which is a nice torrent ap.

I had bearshare one time and I went to listen to a song and a picture popped up saying I was trying to view child pornography and that the FBI were going to track me down and arrest me. I seriously almost crapped my pants that day.
