Ok, so I was thinking about how WoW scans what you have running and kinda thought it as an invasion of privacy, so I ticked a GM to ask him about it and this is what I got.

yeah i asked that question to a gm a few weeks ago, said that they cannot tell me, i dont get it either that is againt the law if they didnt have that ToS agrremeant thing

We all know Warden is spyware. We all know we're being watched and recorded. Best part? We're going to give them our 15bux a month and they're going to keep doing it.
This is private sector, and private sector gets to do all sorts of stuff with their EULAs. This isn't government, and this isn't democracy. This is business, and when it comes to business? Blizzard has been at that game for a long time, and they have the lawyers to prove it.
I understand if it's to bring up something and you have some amazing point to make, but to just make a comment?
