It's calculated out of how bad the flame was.

If it was a light flame. Then maybe you would have gotten 3pts..
Medium 5 and so on...

This is only a rough system for the mods to follow, for example, if you had one spam post but it was rediculasly pointless and annoying, and the mod that saw it first got mad he can slam you wiht 60% ! or if its not to bad, he can give you 10% only. Thats the way the cookie crubles.

Also, I got 20% warn for spamming the shoutbox when -

A: Nobody ever said to me what the limit was as I never used the shoutbox
B: I was later told that it couldnt be 3 posts within the same minute, which they werent.

uhh.... ok there were no of those little factoids given to me so i wouldnt really know..... all i saw was KuRIoS in the private message thing

The userinfraction warning system is a little ackward, when i gave the last points to a person he got banned, but he didn't see mine banning comment.

He saw some others comment that gave him points.
