I have like 10 people who gave me rep but it only says I have 5 rep...also some of the rep points I have a grey box beside them and not a green one. What does this mean? I would like my rep points!

Post count is is 100% of how much rep you give. You could have 10 rep and 2k posts and you'd give 9/10 rep.
And yes people under 5 rep cannot give you rep for obvious reasons.

200 posts = 2 rep, 300 = 3 rep, etc. Skips around at some numbers, such as 400-599 is still +4 rep.

I have posted only like 120 times and I have given out probably 10 rep...it counted for the people I gave it too...
