Help! I can't download the Reset_Me file. It says it has been DL too many times or something............

Can't get this to work, im trying it with Fraps v2.8.1 crack and when i click open program nothing happenes. I tried using the Reset program and deleting the keys but the same thing happens. Does the version matter? Also, i tried installing then deleting the keys and deleting the keys then detleting but nothing works.
