The WoW Workout
So, you like to play World of Warcraft, eh? In that case, I'm going to assume that you spend a lot of time sitting. In a chair. Inside. Not doing anything.

Thanks to all of that Mountain Dew and muscle atrophy, I'll bet you aren't looking so hot these days. Don't worry though, thanks to me you're going to be looking great (or at least better) in only one month. How?

The World of Warcraft Wipe Workout. Think about it: When your party or raid wipes, how long do you have to sit there and wait for a rez? It usually takes awhile, especially if you're a DPS class. So, let's fill that time with something productive: The WoW Wipe Workout.

Party Wipe
So your 5 man just wiped and you're waiting for a rez. Instead of spamming guild chat with your moans of how much this PuG sucks, do this instead:
-10 pushups
-10 situps
-20 jumping jacks

If you're not rezzed by this point, chances are your healers sucks. Anyway, just do those and sit back down. Depending on how bad your group is, you might end up pretty winded by the end of the dungeon.

Raids
Oooh, your 25 man raid just wiped. Ouch. That's going to take some time to recover, especially considering all of the rezzing, buffing, and whining about to ensue. Why not put all of that free time to better use?

-Do 50 jumping jacks and then stop. If you're still dead, continue the workout.
-10 pushups
-10 situps. If you're still dead by this point, go back to the jumping jacks. Continue to loop until the whole raid is up and ready to go.

If your flabby arms or abs can't take the heat and are about to give out, substitute jumping jacks. Don't be a wuss though: If you can squeeze in one more pushup, do it.

If you follow these simple steps, you'll be looking and feeling better by the end of the month (especially if you wipe a lot). If you're serious about doing this, try drinking water instead of Mountain Dew.

I support doing fitness exercises, but I don't think that a small amount of them will help you much. If you're really a fatty or too skinny, you should go visit a gym or stock up those exercises.

Agreed, going to the gym or going on a quick run isn't hard to do. People should make that their obligation if they have a problem.

Water is good. Only thing I drink. And I don't think thats enough of each, more like 30 jumping jacks, 25 situps and 15 pushups seems okay, but running is your best bet to staying healthy and fit.

Why not just get off WoW and play basketball, football, golf, or some other sport?

I actually do this, say I die in a BG. Everytime I force myself to do 20 pressups.. get pretty worked out by the end of the day
