
I honestly have never had a problem with Sipex personally at all. He's always been warm and friendly, offered help
WHEN HE HAS TIME(
he has a real life too ya know, He's not a customer service center), and he's just been a cool guy.
99% of all support questions are answered in FAQ files on his forums, those that aren't will get answered when he has a sec to do so.
The only people who I have ever seen get banned are those who either cuss about their problems in the forums, bad mouth Sipex for having a bug pop up that he's trying to fix, or who have no patience and get rude about him not being at their beck and call 24/7.
I've had more problems with users on his forums than anyone else, you know the kind who think they are ops, or just whine incessantly because they are griping about something they got for free.
I'd have just PM'd Sipex or emailed the guy.
He's always been waaay supportive of his premium users, and I'm just a public release one.
