i think i've heard someone say this before... mmowned is just a name. mmowned sounds better than wow-owned. its like a bank called bendigo bank, its not just in bendigo (hopefully that has some relevance).

for those of you that say we should add it cause its a mmorpg and the site should grow, what about this why shoot down LOTRO fourms? Its a mmorpg, it would expand the site, and it would certainly bring me back to this fourm. I know you all shoot down every thing I say but please, if we add one extra mmorpg fourm why not add a LOTRO fourm?

I voted yes, I will stick to wow, I have been playing it for 3 years + all betas.. And i will continue aswell, but I cant see why not AoC/War threads, doesn't hurt anybody, but imo, up to Admin's to decide.

well, the thing is, there wasnt enought people that demanded lotro sections, that means that, IF they made some sections, they would have been pretty dead.

in other words, AoC has been developed for 5 years, much more people is looking forward to it.

well, the thing is, lord of the rings is lord of the rings lol. what i mean is that if mmowned just makes a guide section and has a few step-by-step leveling guides, thats all lotro gamers need. we don't need private server stuff or anything. we just need a leveling guide that is good and we don't pay for. i am not saying AoC is a bad game, what i am saying is can we expand it into LOTRO, AoC, and maybe Guild Wars. than it would be fair and balanced with all the big titles out on this site.

So my opinion doesn't count, I mean I didn't try beta but I say no till mmowned becomes more of a fair place for gamers. Because WoW and AoC aren't the only games out there. I am not saying no because of gameplay, I am saying no because of what this site did to LOTRO, so it wouldn't be fair to put AoC on here.

Lots of ppl have quit wow to play aoc, its the first mature and actually a fun mmo to play, you're comparing it to lotro or guild wars? lol? if the site had lotro and guild wars sections it would be full of little children trolling around...kinda like the wow section, but more.

if they add an aoc section there won't be as much little children reposting and posting stupid shit that's considered common sense, because the ppl that will play it are mostly 16+

aoc is gonna be big, lots of ppl looking forward to it, an aoc section should be given a try, maybe we can actually have some mature topics and ppl that actually know what they're saying.

what could go wrong? nothing, if it doesnt work out; bring it down, no big deal.
what could go right? everything, there will be more ppl coming to mmowned, more donators, the site will expand, and you won't have as many reposts and stupid shit as you would have if you opened a lotro or guild wars section..

OK for one I only said guildwars because its pvp system is based off skill only (and that would be a place to send all of the kids so they don't bother you else where). Also on LOTRO I have only met a couple of kids. And Suprise Suprise, I know a bunch of people that quit WoW to go to LOTRO. Oh, and I never was comparing, I was just saying if you add a AoC fourm, add a LOTRO guides form, and a Guild Wars pvp fourm (the guild wars is optional, but would be appreciated by casual gamers).
