[WC3] How to add Custom Commands...

I was wondering how I could add Custom Commands to a Warcraft 3 - TFT Custom Game - Meaning someone created it before me.
So, Someone creates a custom game (Lets say he didn't add the -kick command), I want to add it. I go into the World Editor. Where do I go in there to add the command?

Well I guess any command in general. -kick is one of the commands I wish to add.

It's pretty hard to make a lot of custom commands. If you want me to make a guide I can make you one, I have been editing and mapmaking on wc3 for a long time.

Making a -kick command is rather easy, though you have to have at least a little knowledge about world editor triggering. But you won't be able to add anything to the map if it is protected/locked and if even if it isn't protected, adding the command will probably be tedious especially since you dont seem to have any experience with World editor and when youve done it all the people you play with will have to download the map from you (even if they had the map before, since you edited it) which makes it even more tedious.
It would be a lot easier for you to just download a custom kick program so you always can kick whichever player you want (as long as your the host) no matter what map you play.
